'Fly On The Wall' is the second single from American pop singer Miley Cyrus' second solo studio album 'Breakout'.
In the United Kingdom, the video has now begun circulation on music video television channels, and the release date is 16th February 2009. The music video was filmed on November 8th 2008, at a studio in downtown Los Angeles with Director Philip Andelman. The video starts with a capture of Cyrus leaving the movie theater with her boyfriend [played by Jarron Vosburg] who "gets overcome by some strange cough" and because of a full moon turns into to the paparazzi.
